Massages

Published: Monday 29 June 2009

We are now pleased to announce that we have two masseurs working for us this season. For some years now our neighbour Christian Bermond, who is also an osteopath. You can either have it in your room/terrace or in his studio just across the road. Of course he also can give you an osteopath treatment if that is what you are looking for. We have many guests that have had massage/osteopathic treatment by him over the last couple of years, and everybody is very satisfied with him. 60 minutes costs 60 €. He's available mornings/afternoons (until 17.00h) Monday to Friday.

The new masseur is Olivier. He will come to the hotel and perform the massage in the room or on the terrace. He offers Thai, lomi lomi and relaxing Swedish massage. He's available in the evenings from 5 pm until 23 pm Monday to Friday and all day and evening in the week ends. He also charges 60 € for 1 hour.

You have to pay both masseurs directly in cash, since they're not employed by us.

TV and safe in all rooms

Published: Thursday 29 May 2008

We have now installed a LCD TV and a safe in all rooms.

On the TV you can choose from 14 different channels, from public channels (TF1, FR2, FR3, FR4, FR5), a film channel (TMC), music channels (NRJ12 and Virgin), news channels (Direct8, LCP, BMF TV, i>Tele) , and special channels (Arte, Gulli). The TV has also Text-TV. All channels are French, but if you want to see international channels (Sky News, National Geographic, Nordic TCM (movies), Hallmark (movies), VH1 (music), AlJazeera English, Eurosport, and some Norwegian channels), it's possible in the lobby.

For your passport, money and jewelleries you can now put them in the safe in the room and lock with your personal code. Easy and secure!

Personal training

Published: Monday 01 October 2007

Do you like to keep in shape? Why not treat yourself with a personal trainer while you're here?

We have been so lucky to get in contact with the personal trainer and model Gregory Capra. He and his company has personal trainers in the area, and you can request one during your stay. There are gyms nearby where you can buy visitor's pass. Here's a brief introduction of him. See our links page for his web adress.

Gregory CAPRA - Personal Trainer. As a boy, Gregory practiced various sports during his school years, and also while taking his 3 years' degree in Physical Activity and Sport Science and Technology (STAPS): soccer, athletics, motocross, judo, sailing, rock-climbing and so on. For the last three years or so, he has entirely dedicated his time to workout and race with an aesthetic end in mind, but also in order to build up a healthy, strong and robust body, reaching at the same time an amazing psychological well-being. His aim is to give the people he coaches technical and nutritional advice along with the necessary motivation to achieve success. Not only a sporty and energetic man, Greg is dedicated to everything he undertakes, therefore highly motivated and determined! He is also a true perfectionist who will help his clients to perform their different tasks and exercises so that their results would be the best possible. As an open-minded man, Greg can easily adjust to different personalities, sport levels and profiles. Gregory CAPRA can provide you face to face personal training during your holidays on the French Riviera or online advice when you'll be back home.

Breakfast

Published: Sunday 23 September 2007

The breakfast is now included in the room price.

We put our pride in the breakfast buffet. It's not the normal "petit déjeuner" you get in France with only baguette, croissant, jam and coffee. We have a rich and varied buffet with ceral bread, cerals and corn flakes, ham, salami, eggs, tomatos, fresh fruit and yoghurt (Yoplait). Of course we have croissants and jam as well. And for drinks we can offer you coffee (Illy) or tea (Lipton) of your choice, pure orange- and grapefruit juice (Tropicana) and fresh milk. Hot chocolate is also possible. Once in a while we also add some pastry or warm waffels (which you bake yourself). The breakfast is served between 9 and 10 o'clock.
